Love is all around...
I must be the luckiest man alive. I’ve been blessed with the ability to write bad poetry pretty fast. Poetry only a mother could love. Or poetry only my wife could love… no really the reason I’m lucky is that Jessica doesn’t demand Valentines Day perfection. Our conversation the day before consisted of her calling it a day of commercial romance… I love her, though I think we had a bit of role reversal going as I came home from work… I walked in the door and the table was made up for a romantic dinner! Beautiful, though it didn’t hold a light up to how Jess looked. I gave her the flowers I had and a nice “First Valentines Day Together” card and we sat down to have a wonderful evening together. For someone who thinks that it is “just a Commercial Romance Holiday” She really enjoyed the romance of our evening, in fact we both had a wonderful time.
